"Moments" is the new name for every reflection you save. All of your historical entries were migrated automatically—no data was lost.
1. Moments can include text, photos, audio prompts, and mood tags in one card.
2. The Moments feed powers Insights, Levels, and Memories in real time.
3. The word "moment" now replaces "entry" across Journal, Insights, reminders, and notifications.
